Day 01- Flight from Beijing to Lhasa, overnight in Lhasa Hotel.

Morning flight to Lhasa, meet guide and transfer to hotel. Free time and rest to acclimatize .

Day 02-Lhasa tour, explore Pothala palace, barkhor street old tibetan market and Jokhang temple.

Day 03- Lhasa tour, visit Drepung monastry, Sera monastry and Tibetan medicine center.

Day 04- Lhasa tour (optional excursion to  Yamdrok lake or other monasteries like Ganden monastery)

Day 05- Depart from Lhasa to Kathmandu, overnight in Kathmandu hotel

Day 06- Kathmandu tour, visit 13th century Kathmandu Darbar square, 6th century BC Swyambhunath stupa, 5th century Bouddhanath stupa, 3000 years old Pashupatinath Temple complex with open public cremation sites.

Day 07-  {Option 1-fly or drive to Pokhara } or { option 2-fly or drive to Chitwan national park}

Day 08- {Option 1-Pokhara tour } or {option 2- Chitwan Natioanl park tour}

Day 09- Return to Kathmandu, overnight in Kathmandu.

Day 10 –Kathmandu tour – visit 12th century old Bhaktapur darbar square, 3rd centuary old Patan (lalitpur) darbar (palace) square.

Day 11- Fly to Paro Bhutan, Drive to Thimpu

Day 12- Full day Thimpu Sight seeing, visit kings memorial stupa, buddha stupa, Dzongs and more and evening drive to Punakha

Day 13- Full day tour in Punakha including Dzongs and Evening back to Paro

Day 14- Tiger Nest Hike, this optional hike is for 5-6 hours and Visit Monasteries

Day 15- Fly  Paro to Bagkok- after breakfast drive to Paro airport for final departure.
